Online Order  Return Policy

Our goal here at Bijan’s Art Studio is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact Bijan’s Art Studio if:

• There is noticeable damage to the product.
• The product shipped to you has been sent in error.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (date as appears on your invoice) provided the returned product is unused and in a saleable condition.

If you have received the shipment and a product is damaged: 

We recommend that you inspect the package before you sign for it and if there is obvious damage from shipping we recommend you refuse the shipment.

If product was ordered by the customer in error:

The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the return.

The same credit card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 7-10 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

In store Return Policy: For any item un-used in it’s original packaging, we have a 3 day full refund / one week exchange policy on items that are not part of the list below:

No refunds or exchanges on:

• Brushes
• Paints
• Mediums
• Pens & Markers
• Screen Print Inks and all other Inks
• Cut Goods (special order items)
• Airbrushes & Compressors
• Paper, Foamboard, Matboards
• Portfolio & Presentation Cases
• Projectors & Light Boxes
• Art Books & Sketch Books
• Pre-Made Frames & Mats
• Gift Certificates are not returnable and non-refundable

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective or damaged.
