Solvent-Free Gel has a moderate dry time rate of 3-4 days on average when used in moderation.
We suggest to only use up to 25% Solvent-Free Gel in mixture with Artists Oil Colours. (A little goes a long way.) Using too much Solvent-Free Gel can cause extended dry time rates, wrinkling, and excess yellowing in your paint layers.
Unlike Galkyd Gel or Galkyd Lite Gel, Solvent-Free Gel is made from safflower oil and alkyd resin and does not contain Gamsol.
