This is an exciting range of 71 pure, vibrant, watersoluble ink pencils and an outliner pencil used for pen and wash techniques. Perfect for illustrators, designers and students as well as for pen and wash style drawings and floral artwork. Pure, vibrant colour washes out to leave a translucent ink-like effect. Once dry, the colour wash is permanent and can be washed over with other media, wet or dry.
